I was born in Georgia and raised in upstate New York. I have been studying film photography most of my life, specializing in black and white portraiture. The dark room was my home for many years until I finally took the leap into the digital world in 2009.

Although nature photography stole my heart first, I also fell in love with candid, raw, and intimate moments between humans.. In 2017, I started my journey into making my lifetime passion more than my hobby. I am here beacuse of you... 

I specialize in weddings, and love stories. Capturing little moments when our hearts are the fullest with love, being by your side on some of the biggest days of your life. We'll laugh, cry, share your wins, and sometimes losses, together.  My clients aren't just strangers, you're family. You are the reason I do what I do. I only take ten to fifteen brides a year to make sure I can give each one my utmost attention. I would love the chance to document your love in any capacity and add you to my list of dear people I call family. 

I am married to a crazy talented man, who often second shoots weddings with me.(Photo above credit to him) We have four children who keep us on our toes. Both of us coming from large families we really cherish those fleeting moments. You can usually find us at a family gathering every Sunday.  I am always the most awkward person in the room, so be prepared to laugh at me. My workflow is very candid and true to life, while being slightly prompted to have a little fun and get those shots you want!  I love adventuring to new and gorgeous places, so traveling is always a go!

My favorite thing is finding the small magic in everything. It is extremely important to me to provide an experience you don't get every day. My mission when you look back on your images is to bring you back to the moment. I want it to play like a movie reel in your head, I want you to hear those laughs and feel the love all over again. 

My current gear is a full frame Canon 5D mark iv camera body, 24 mm f/1.8, 35mm f/1.8, 85mm f/1.8, 70-300mm f/3.5 lenses, two back up cameras, and an on and off camera flash system.
